A novel floral wedding ceremony costume for that redwoods elopement
Nature lovers Page + Taylor knew they wanted a wedding that was fun and lighthearted, despite the trials that 2020 threw them. That’s why they decided to flee in the redwoods! A foggy day gave way to breathtaking views of the sea and intimate forest moments. P + T also lets her sense of style shine in her clothes. P rocked an absolutely stunning floral wedding dress, but more on that later! Here’s what she shared of her general inspiration for the day:
Our inspiration was to have something light and joyful in such a chaotic year. We knew we wanted to take our vows in the great outdoors and we have always felt truly connected to the redwoods. It was important that we made our wedding rings together, wrote personal vows together, and created playlists together. We wanted it to be a day where we could focus entirely on ourselves.
Are you ready to see her magical day through Dawn Jarvis’ lens? Let’s go!

A floral wedding dress and a forest backdrop
Charles Wright led the ceremony in the middle of a redwood grove. Can you imagine getting married in the middle of nature? If that’s a yes, be sure to check out these 14 must-see forest weddings!
Taylor: The most memorable moment was right after we finished our ceremony in the redwoods and Charles pronounced us husband and wife and Page said, “woah!”
Page: It was for me to read my vows and look at Taylor with a fog in my eyes. It felt like we were the only two people on the planet. It was so real.
Both rings were from Ravens Refuge, a custom fine jewelry brand in Portland.
The newlyweds
Brier + Ivy created a beautiful bouquet that compliments the flowers on P’s dress. If you look carefully you can see the white, beige, and blue flowers in the embroidery!
Talk to each other and communicate. Celebrate yourself and your relationship in a way that matters most to you. When you have a nature wedding, leave no mark. And have fun!!!! Sometimes we forget that 🙂
Party on the beach
Two views can perfectly sum up the beauty of the PNW. A redwood grove and the rocky shores of the Pacific Ocean.
We love the flowing shoulder cape pieces on this dress !!
Congratulations Page + Taylor! We love your nature-rich wedding and of course this unique floral wedding dress. So beautiful! The GWS team wishes you both many more adventures!
