Success For East Yorkshire Photographers In The MPA Print Competition

An East Yorkshire Portrait Photographer has won 8 awards at the prestigious Northern Region Master Photographers Association Print Competition.

The results were announced by the Master Photographers Association (MPA), one of the largest photographic associations in the world which was founded in 1952.

Ray & Julie Photography won 7 merits and also had an image that made the finalist round. The merits awards were for three studio portraits of children, two dog portraits and two wedding portraits. The finalist image was a children’s portrait.

Ray Dixon said, "The standard was very high and just to receive a merit was a huge achievement, never mind a finalist. We are over the moon that our photography has been recognised in such a prestigious competition."
